hi, i'm glenna cox

I am an intuitive advisor, healer, and bodyworker. I inspire individuals to release their emotional baggage – childhood and relational trauma, limiting beliefs, trapped emotions, mind-body disconnection, past-life issues, and negative patterns –  that weigh them down and keep them from being fully present, healthy, and at ease within themselves.

I weave my gifts of healing, intuition, and extensive training in reiki, bodywork, yoga, and shamanism to create a safe space to facilitate my clients' coming home to themselves through channeled guidance and sacred healing.

​I believe one should honor the adage of "physician heal thyself" and align with nourishment in many forms to support my clients in uniting with their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves.

Having a sincere personal desire for people to reach a deeper connection to all aspects of self and their highest potential, I provide sessions that align with supporting sacred healing.

I offer modalities that reprogram and transmute patterns and limited thoughts and beliefs. I create practices that, in routine, can alter one's consciousness and daily living. Given self-permission, one can learn how to fully receive body stillness and healing that aligns and promotes health and vitality from daily intentional practices.

I aim to create an honored, sacred, and healing space, providing clients with the tools to recognize that the body is the vehicle for the soul and to love the body as a vital element of one's soul's expression.​
